How long will it take to receive a first draft?
Once we have received payment and a current copy of your résumé (if needed), it will take 5 – 7 business days for you to receive a first draft. We guarantee satisfaction with the end result, so please be sure to read and re-read your first draft to ensure no mistakes, incorrect, or missing information.
In what format will I receive my documents?
The first draft will be sent via e-mail as an Adobe PDF file. (If you don’t have Adobe, you will need to install Adobe Reader to access the file. It can be downloaded for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader). Upon your final approval and receipt of all payments, you will receive 2 versions of your files:
1. Microsoft Word (.doc) 2. ASCII plain text (.txt)

What is ASCII Plain Text?
ASCII (American Standard Code for Information Interchange) format is a .txt file that contains no formatting (i.e. bold / italics). This file is universally readable by any computer system and can be easily pasted into online forms.
If I lose my new résumé, how can I get another copy?
You can simply send us an e-mail or give us a call requesting another copy. We will send over a copy of your job searching documents electronically.
What if I need my résumé updated after you have done it in the past?
Résumé-Evolution will gladly update your résumé if you move on to a new job or would like to add another position or other experience. There is a fee for this service based on the scope of work needed for the update.
